Shipping, Retail and Software Update

Hi everyone,

We're getting closer to the finish line and wanted to share a clear update on shipping progress, where things stand with extensions, and what tools are now in place to keep you informed.

December, January & February Backers

We've now processed or shipped rewards to 99.75% of backers from these months. If you're still waiting and haven't heard from us, please email [email protected] with your backer number.

March Batch In Progress

We began processing the March batch on March 18th. About 10% of this group has already been dispatched, and more are going out each day.

April Batch

We expect the April batch to start shipping in April. No delays expected.

Extension Catch-Up

Extensions have taken the longest to catch up due to earlier production issues that slowed output well below demand. That bottleneck is now resolved. The line is stable, and we've scaled up shipping significantly.

DC extensions: 1,000 sent today, remaining 3,000 expected by end of next week.
ATX extensions: 1,000 shipped today, remaining 3,400 targeted for next week.
Serial extensions: 300 shipped today, remaining 700 targeted for next week.

New Address Confirmation + Pledge Tracker

All backers can now use the Pledge Tracker to get a real-time view of their shipping status. Additionally, just before dispatch, each backer will receive an email asking to confirm their shipping address.

With the added address confirmation, every shipment gets the following emails:

Confirm address
Packaged
Shipped
Passed to a local courier
Pickup instructions, if applicable
Exception alerts, if any issues arise
Delivered

Retail Availability Almost Here

Retail is starting to take shape. The initial launch will be exclusive to our website at jetkvm.com. We know many of you are hoping for Amazon availability as well - especially for faster shipping and more flexible return options - and we're actively working on that.
