Shipping Update

Hello backers,

We're thrilled to share the latest updates on JetKVM! We've made great progress in the shipping process, and we know many of you are eagerly awaiting your orders.

Backers with Extensions

Due to unexpected delays in the production of the Extensions, we will not have enough Extensions to ship to all backers at the same time. As a result, we have decided to ship the JetKVM devices and Extensions separately for backers whose Extensions are not yet available.

The delays are partly due to supply chain challenges and the impact of the upcoming holiday season in China. We were unable to produce all the boards in one go, and are instead handling production in batches of a few hundred at a time.

We expect all Extensions to be shipped by February at the latest. For many backers, this means you will receive two separate shipments: one containing the JetKVM device and another containing the Extensions.

How to Determine Your Batch

To find out which batch you are in:

1. Visit your backer survey.
2. Look in the bottom-left corner of the page under Expected Delivery.
3. The Expected Delivery date determines your batch (December, January, February, or March).

Where Is My Package?

We send you updates via email as your package makes its way to you: when your rewards are being packaged, dispatched, handed over to the local courier, and ultimately delivered. When passed to the local courier, you'll also receive a tracking link.

All emails will be sent to the shipping email provided in the Backer Survey. For those with strict spam filters, please ensure that [email protected] is added to your whitelist or safe sender list.

Additionally, we update the shipping status on Kickstarter. However, Kickstarter only allows us to use a few predefined statuses: "In Progress" and "Shipped." If you're eager to know whether your package has been dispatched, please check your email inbox, then your spam folder, then the Kickstarter status. If none indicate dispatch, your package is still being processed.

Unfortunately, Kickstarter DMs aren't well-suited for handling this number of backers, so we are no longer actively monitoring messages on that platform. Instead, please contact us via email:
